Packing, packing, packing...

Oh man how I need to start packing my scrapbooking supplies up. I am hosting a weekend crop in less than two weeks and I have not even started to think about packing until now. So do any of you have suggestions on what to pack, how, or any other ideas on packing for crops?

Another Day...

So we all know the economy is taking a downward slide...not good at all. But somehow we as crafty people manage to hold tight to the fact that we love to make things. So I am challenging everyone to MAKE something....a card, a layout, an altered item and GIVE it away to someone. It can be someone you care about, someone you don't know all that well, or someone who is having a harder time than you with the economy the way it is. I will send some Blog Candy to a random person....all you need to do is follow my blog, post this challenge on your blog, and leave me a comment about who you are going to send something to for no real reason at all. You all have until April 5th to do this....HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!

March on for Babies...

So the annual March for Babies is upon me....actually sooner than expected. I have raised money for this cause ever since my 4 1/2 year old son was born 4 weeks early. He spent 10 days in the NICU and the March of Dimes provides a lot of the supplies used in the NICU. They raise money to promote awareness of prematurity and how to try to avoid premature births. So if anyone is interested in helping raise money you can donate to my website. Just follow the link and it will help you! Thanks to all and if you have a March of Dimes story to share...I would love to listen. Just need to help take care of those little babies!!!

Speaking of Interrupted?

Life has been so super busy lately that I don't know which way I am going most of the time. I am currently studying to become an EMT which is harder than I ever thought it would be...okay, I know this will involve trying to save lives but man the way the class and teachers are...I will be lucky to make it through! Wish me luck!
Scrapbooking? What is that? I buy stuff, save sketches and LO's, and even go into my scrapbooking room. But am quickly overwhelmed by the chaos in there. I need a scrap fairy to come and organize my mess. Like that will happen. Oh well!!!!

For those of you who may still be poppin' in from time to time.....HI!!!!! I am alive!!!! I have so much I want to get done but it will have to wait!!!!

Vacation!!!!

We decided to go on vacation this summer and we are going to drive out to Virginia!!!! B is so excited to get to see the ocean but it a little worried about the sharks? A is not quite old enough to know what is going on but he will be thrilled to get to go for a ride. Thank God our kids are great travelers (in the car) otherwise I don't think we would venture this far from home.

In other news....I am thinking about entering a Design Team Contest....wish me luck!!!

Hope to be adding more LayOut ideas soon....Thanks:)
